Anyone else having problems with Draco?

So far today I have had an almost completely useless VPS I have been lucky to get into my control panel once in every 3 attempts and wonder if I am alone?

Before anyone suggests I raise a support ticket, I did that about 8 hours ago, and have had replies from Robert and now Edward both telling me another VPS was causing the problem, and their account has been suspended and support are constantly monitoring the server, BUT, you guessed it, its still running poorly.

Having sent 4 or 5 replies to my support request already today without getting the issue resolved I am probably not going to get anything other than confirmation I am not alone here, but even that would be better than the constant
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

    Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
    The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

    What you can try:
    Diagnose Connection Problems

    More information
messages I am getting when I try and log into my server.
ps yes I will update my support ticket yet again!

    Same

I am having same problems, everything was fine until about 2 days ago when everything is so slow that I can barely login to my account.

The support says the same things but no actual improvement is seen

Has support not contacted you today regarding the overloading of your vps? Please check your emails.

Masood, unfortunately the problems have not been resolved, I have checked my emails and my support ticket which I updated a short while ago.

The only message I have received is from Greg which I have just replied to.

The vps causing these continuous problems has been suspended and the user knows it. The node is back to normal.

Actually for the last 45 - 60 minutes or so the server has been back to normal, server load is down and speed almost back to its best.

Careful now... you're stepping on hollowed ground!

#1 Masood is THE man. If he can't fix it... well, you know the rest!

#2 I assume they took your site down, and all is good. This doesn't speak well for your situation.

You're walking on thin ice, if you think this is Masood's fault!

I'm getting the same type of issue. Support is telling me
For the CPanel services there appear to be problem with iptables modules on the node which is causing this problem. The iptables modules will be reloaded on the hardware node later tonight and the maintenenace notice for this has already been sent.
I would think that they would resolve this withing a matter of minuets but later tonight.
I can not even access my cPanel to set my server up after I have had this change set up for this time frame.

Are you on Draco? I believe your issue is not related to draco node.

I'm on Draco and the performance has been very bad for the past few days. Network performance has taken a serious hit today, trying to transfer files between JPC servers at 50kb/sec

CPU does randomly appear to be sluggish throughout the day as well. I feel the node is overloaded or there are other rogue accounts.

Draco's been good to me since Friday PM. Although I haven't been doing too much work today, so I may have missed the bad moments.

Support advised me last week that there were two rogue VPSes and that in all likelihood one would be moved to a dedicated server and the other would get their account in order or else.

Perhaps the "or else" wasn't scary enough.
