    Problems and Problems

My Web is not working for the last days. I had to move to a VPS and i am getting a lot of problems. Most time the Web is off:
    http://www.photoshop-designs.com
I have a problem in the cpanel too. It say this:
    Code:
The server was unable to lookup an an A entry for its hostname (vps.photoshop-designs.com). This is generally because the entry was never added. However this could also be the result of your nameserver(s) being down. If you would like to attempt to automaticlly add the entry
I have opened a lot of tickets. They say all the time they have solved the problem but in few hour the site is off too and the problem without be solved...
When the site is online, I can see levels for CPU near 70-80% or even 100%.
They say they have test my levels and seen to be perfect. I think I will have to take a capture image next time the Web is online again so they can believe me and prove what I say...
I have opened a new ticket and I am waiting they could make my Web online again...
Hope all this problems will ve solved as soon as possible. When a site is off for long time, google and most important searches will penalice my site and this is really a bad thing...
If is there some admin of the site, I hope I could speak diredtly with him. If I need to pay for more resources in the server it is ok. I just want to see my site online perfectly...
Maybe you could help me please?
Thanks a lot and best regards from Spain

I have just looked at your site, unfortunately I speak very little spanish (I am learning but for older people like me language is difficult), the good news is its working fine.

Its a shame I cannot understand it as it looks very interesting and since we have a common interest it might have been helpful.

Good luck my friend, I hope it all works out .

Did you take a screen capture to show it at 92%? I just went to your site and it loaded fast. Looks like a nice site, I speak no Spanish myself though as Rebel.

I did notice this though on your forum: En total hay 42 amigos online. Looks like a pretty busy forum. How much RAM do you have on your VPS? Are you using WHM/CPanel for your control panel?

    Welll...
They moved two days ago my site form a semi dedicated to a VPS so it could run fastly...
Two days after this, they recomend me to go to a strong dedicated server...
I will become crazy and without money too...

I've always heard that VPS should not be an upgrade from semi-dedicated because with SDX you get access to all of the resources of the server at any time, whereas with VPS you are more limited. Performance wise, VPS is, according to my understanding of what I've read on these forums, slightly less than SDX.

It looks like you are having name server problems with your ISP, not Jag. Your site loads fine for me and its extremely quick.

What processes are taking up most of your CPU? mySQL?

Your site loads for me. It is a little slow because I'm on dial up. Your home page loads quicker than your forum page. You have way to much stuff on ther forum page IMHO. At least for dial up users.

    I dunno...

Everything looks fine, except port 80 is refusing connections. Maybe Apache is dead in the water...

    SUP with that?

    Well
My site is offline for a lot of hours. I sent a ticket many hours ago and no one is doing anything, so I will not say anymore. I hope this example will help to others Webmaster to know about this company...
