All VPS's have level 2 managed services, and have since the beginning, you probally already use them just did not know it.

Enom Sucks so why anyone would want a Account their I dont know

What are you wanting them to do? is it covered under Level 2 Managed Services? (there are 3 levels)

i don't want (e.g. creating email accounts, installing web application etc.) . just i want some of included in managed services level 2 ! . he apologize me . problem has been solved
