Hello,

I am partner of the Marcos who acquired the VPS with the DEHE.com. I am having problems with the IPs, my customer complained that when delegating the DNS and the IPs, return the message:

Server DNS Master: Invalid IP
Serving DNS Slave 1: Invalid IP

What it can is causing this error, since the IPs had been configured for the domain?

Hi Jose,

It would be best to open a ticket with our support department directly using either My.DEHE panel or simply sending an email to support@dehe.com.
