Allow clients to resell hosting?

How do I go about allowing my hosting clients to be able to use WHM to resell their hosting to others? In the root WHM login I gave an account reseller status however when they logged into WHM using clientdomain.com:2086 there was no function to create other hosting accounts.

Basically I'm asking how to setup functional reseller accounts.

Hi Victory,

Are you sure you assigned them proper permissions and options? You can do this from "Reseller Center" which you will find in the left WHM menu while logged in as root. If you continue to experience trouble in setting this up, simply send an email to our support department and someone will assist you with this.

Ah thanks I figured out that there were individual permissions for the settings.
