Please let me know if the cpanel/whm version you have in your packages is the latest one as I understand that the latest cpanel update was having only two webmails (Horder and squirell) whereas your packages are still having three webmails.

You won't have Neo webmail avilable in case you make a switch to maildir (/scripts/covertmaildir), because Neo webmail doesn't work with it. We don't convert it to maildir by default and you are free to convert it yourself (or contact our support department for assistance), but the latest version of cPanel is installed by default.

Ah and in case you wish to run an update on cPanel, you can do this by /scripts/upcp --force from SSH (as root). You can configure what kind of updates you wish to perform in WHM (and if you wish to have them manually or automatically).
