    Login to the VPS and go to: Start -> All Programs -> Mail Enable -> MailEnable Administrator.

    Expand 'Connectors', right-click on SMTP, choose 'Properties' and go from there.

    It is not more necessary. That email and what I place when I create the account for domain.
