    Is possivel to copy a site of another server using the Plesk, as well as the cPanel makes?

    Plesk doesn't have a system as sophisticated as what cPanel has. What you would have to do is to create a backup of the account in question on the remote server, then move that backup to the VPS and restore it again.

    More of this form it would create the account with emails, configurations of ftp etc... Or I would have that to create the first account?

    I'm not sure whether I understand your question correctly. When you create the backup on the old server, and restore it on the VPS, it will restore everything, including emails, ftp configuration, and everything like that.
