Control Panel - Domain User login problem

    Hi,

I had an open ticket with you since the beginning of january, because of a previous old problem that has not been completely solved yet. 5 to 6 days ago I sent you an e-mail updating the ticket (you received it because I received this error e-mail everybody receives each time they send you e-mails) but I didn't received any answer. More than 24 hours ago I sent another e-mail in the same ticket, speaking about the problem, but didn't received any answer for this one either. I am posting here my two last e-mails hopping I will get some answer.

    Regards,

    Christian

    Dear Milovan,

I have some doubts about the effectiveness of what you are saying:
since Plesk is a buggy system on which we cannot trust very much, it
seems to me that saving the complete Plesk configuration and then
restoring those on another server could bring together many of the
problems that exist now, if not all of them. Since SWsoft has no
competence in finding what is wrong with their own software, how can
they be sure it is not related to corrupt configuration files, the
same corrupt files you are suggesting me to backup? It would give me
some work, maybe interrupt my clients' services (I don't think I can
sacrifice the little trust they may still have in me), and maybe all
for nothing because it may not work. Sorry if I am not showing a lot
of trust but the experiences I have been coming through the last 4
months has not been very good. So, unless you tell me that you are
completely sure that it is not necessary, I think the only way of
doing it would be to create a second server, transfer everything to it
slowly, and then destroy the old one. I know that I am choosing the
longest way and the one that will give me a hard time, but I
unfortunately what is going on does not inspire much trust.

I have a question: would I have a server of the same power of the one
    I have now?

But I still would like to have a clear answer for the main question:
would they fix or not the server? Because if they can fix it without
risk, I prefer they do it instead of having a horrible amount of work
(I am already tired of the unexpected amount of work this server has
    been giving me).

    Best regards,

    Christian

And now? 4 days since I posted the ticket ID and I still have no news from you, and no answer to the questions in my last e-mail.
