    Parent Paths

    Hello,

in Plesk, is there an option like in HELM, to allow or disallow parent paths?
If yes, could you explain me where to find that function in Plesk?

    Thanks a lot.
    Regards,

    Hi Marcus,

You can do this easily in IIS. Open it, go to Websites and right-click a particular domain and choose properties. Then click on 'Home Directory' - 'Configuration' - 'Options' - and check 'Parent Paths' option.

    That should do it.

    Hi Milovan,

thanks, but I actually would need that option for one of my users that I registered as a client and he would like to control that on his domain.
Therefore that option has to be in Plesk. Is there such thing?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I found it myself. In PLESK that option is available under "Web Directory"->"Preferences".

    Thanks.
