I want to know how to canfigure dns for more than 1 vps. Can it be configure for example, my first vps: ns1.mydomain.com & ns2.mydomain.com, second vps: ns3.mydomain.com, ns4.mydomain.com etc. How about cpanel? can it configure as server1.mydomain.com, server2.mydomain.com etc. I use clientexec as my billing account.

Yes that is possible, you would have to configure that in your control panel (or if you don't have a control panel you would have to change it directly in your DNS zones).

If you can just let us know what control panel you use then we can explain how to do this.

It is posible to setup dns at registrar like this. For example, mydomain.com hosted on vps 1. Vps 1 setting for dns ns1.myserver.com with ip 60.1.1.1. Vps 2 for ns2.myserver.com (60.20.20.20) So, can I set dns for mydomain to ns1.myserver.com and ns2.myserver.com. I think it is going to work because I have tried it but I have problem with the email. It's happend when my vps down. I have set the 2nd dns to point another place. It's working but not smootly with email. I have run ipconfig /flushdns (windows cmd) to clear cache before I can reach mail server.
