Is it possible to get IMAP running on a VPS with plesk?

Plesk for Linux supports IMAP.

Thanks Andre, is it all setup by default or do I have to do something to get it working? I tried to connect to it earlier from outlook but I couldn't get it to work.

It should be working by default. What is happening exactly when you try to connect to it from outlook? Are you getting an error? If so; what is the exact error message?

I thought it may be a problem with outlook so i just tried with Thunderbird and still the same. It just says "The connection to mail.lostfiles.co.uk timed out"

It's ok i fixed it I had the imap ports closed on my vps.

I was about to suggest checking any firewalls that might be in place, good to hear it's solved
