    VPS not working; Support Tickets Not Working, and so on.

    My VPS just went completely dead. I sent an e-mail to support@dehe.com, but didn't receive the automated response that I normally receive. I sent another e-mail to that address, but same thing. I then attempted to visit https://secure.dehe.com, but only receive a blank page. What is going on?!?!

    Edit: It took a good 10 minutes, but I finally received the automated reply (all at once). However secure.dehe.com is still resulting in a blank page.

    Hi,

    Support tickets should be working just fine.

    Regarding secure.dehe.com - you're probably looking for https://my.dehe.com

    We are aware of the problem and we'll get your VPS back up as soon as possible.

    Exclamation Broken ticket system

    Ticket system seems to be broken! I submitted a ticket (CGM-32200) a while back regarding switching over to yearly payments (giving you more money), Samuel Taylor said it would be transffered over to billing and I have never heard back since. It's not in the list either on my.dehe.com

    Hi Alystair,

    We have had a few internal problems with passing tickets between departments recently, causing the ticket to not end up with the appropriate department after trying to move it.

    Note that it is normal that once your ticket is moved that it no longer appears in my.dehe.com, because only support tickets will show up there.

    I will ask someone from billing to look your ticket up and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    If you login to https://secure.solidhost.com/support you can see all your tickets across all the departments.
