WHM, CPanel load slowly or couldn't access at all

Hi Everybody,

I am totally sick with this problem, I notice that my whm and cpanel is very slow
in loading, and I often couldn't access to it, sometimes I can access after I try to
load a few times..

However, The loading speed of website page is ok, and at the same times I am able to access to other website and my other server whm and cpanel as well..

So that should no problem with my ISP.

I had try to email support several times, but they give me one answer :

We are able to access to it. or your WHM and Cpanel looks ok to us.. bla. bla..

Besides, I also couldn't access to phpmyadmin recently.


Can anybody help me on this ? thanks..

Hi Stansys,

I think your ISP may be limiting (or prohibiting) traffic on specific ports. We've heard stories like these before and usually that was the cause, especially if things were loading normally on our end.

I would recommend to try to use a different ISP and see whether you still experience the problem. If not, it's safe to conclude that your current ISP is causing the problem - in a case like that there's nothing we can do unfortunately.

If there's anything we can do, please let us know.
