    Unhappy Couldn't Terminate Account from WHM

    Hi Everyone,

    I have a very weird problem here, I delete dns zone for a account.
    Then I add it a new one to that account.

    After that, strange things happen, when I log in to cpanel of that account,
    it seems like it couldn't recognized it's own domain. I can't add email, can add mySQL database and so on, so I decide to delete that account and recreate it. But it couldn't terminate from WHM as well..

    it shows message like :

    Collecting Domain Name and IP....
    User: ****
    Domain:
    Error: invalid domain

    it seems like it has some problem with the dns..

    Can anybody help me?

    Have you checked that the new DNS zones have a "." after them, people sometimes forget that this is required.

    Yes, the DNS zones is look like normal one.. But I just couldn't terminate/delete that account from WHM..

    Any alternate way to do that?

    If you are still going ahead to delete the account, try changing the old dns zones back and then terminating the account.

    If this doesnt work, contact support because they will have to gain access to fix the problem.
