VPS reboot

Hello,
I am in urgent need of support regarding my Windows VPS which is currently down and supposed to get restarted but I was told that due to memory issues nobody can login to Virtuozzo and we just have to wait. I also need RAM upgrade which also was requested through a ticket.
Can you please check and help me to bring the VPS up again ASAP since it is already down for over 5 hours.
I have a ticket open for this (WGP-98042) but all support mails bounce and I get hundreds of e-mails back (with errors regarding your solidhost mail account being full) whenever I post a message.

Please advise.

We already replied to your ticket and your VPS is up and running. Keep in mind you should never try to reboot your VPS when it's out of ram, as you can see the reboot process will be extremely slow due to the low ram availability for the reboot process.

VPS up and fine now.
Just please let me know regarding RAM upgrade in other ticket.
