VPS keep falling

Hello,

I have problem with my vps... since yesterday. My httpd service keep falling down every 10 minutes. I have a starter package with 32 accounts, about 4 of them are quite busy ones. Do you think it can be due overload of the server?? I m using 47 % of my hd and no more than 20gb of bandwith which makes about 10% a month... what should i do In this case...

Database related sites ?

What controlpanel do you have ?

If support can't fix it then that probably means the failures are being caused by your own usage (for instance excessive ram usage). If you use excessive ram the only options are to lower your usage or upgrade your ram, there's nothing else we can do since you have full control over your ram usage.

If you can let me know the ticket ID I'll take a look.

I think ram is not a problem in this case... It is all about apache conf. My ticket POM-51232

The techs already told you they are working on it. This looks like a misconfiguration you made yourself and we are trying to get that fixed.

For any further information please refer to the ticket, as I said already there's nothing we can do here on the forum.
