    accounts and domains?

I'm a newb at WHM/CPanel and to be honest am finding them to a little confusing. What is stumping me at the moment is that it appears that there is a one-to-one correspondance between an account and a domain. That is to say that I can't see a way to add multiple accounts per domain. What I want to set up is one domain with two or more accounts.

That's wright, when you have one domain you have one account, but one account can have several domains, when you park a domain on one account.

    Eg:

dehe.com (one account - one domain)

Eg: you have the domain dehe.org and you want park on deheorg.dehe.com (subdomain)
when users go to www.dehe.org the server show the content of the subdomain deheorg.dehe.com.

I hope im clear to help you,

thanks for your reply. I think it's clear now. So I guess the account for the domain is considered to the "administrator" for that domain ? If so, how do I go about adding non-administrative users to a domain?

thanks - I will have a look at that. In the short term though, I have resorted to doing everything from the command line -- commands like useradd, passwd, usermod etc... sometimes seem easier to use than these new-fangled control panels
