How do we get support? My VPS has been down all night!

How do we get support here at DEHE? The vps i have here has been down all night. Doesn't this place have a phone number or a support email ????

Good luck... we have been trying since 1AM this morning. They seem to have moved all the servers to the new ALTANTANAP and it looks like they also sold the company .... do a whois on dehe.com

Thanks ... I thought something like that happened ... I only have a few domains on this vps so i will just restore them on one of my other machines.

Thanks for you help ... do you know how we cancel here?
I may just call my credit card company and get it reversed since they aren't providing the service/product for which they billed.

I have a feeling that might be the best option you have to cancel at this point. We have no clue what is going on here.
