Vps down again

Hi, my vps is down. Anybody on support? No one has reponse accept automatic system response.

Hi Folks,
The techs on duty did have some problems on the node earlier and did reboot it. They are monitoring the node and they report to me that it is running fine at this time. I checked the support tickets and do not see any unanswered tickets about this. If you still have an unanswered ticket about this please let me know.

Ok, can you at least response to the ticket so I know it has been take care by somebody. The auto-machine response is ok but it much more better somebody has saw the ticket.
