VPS Slowing down/Inaccessible for some time

Ok, I've noticed in the last few days some weird stuff happening with my VPS (vps321)... first it was inaccessible for an hour 2 days ago, then again inaccessible for an hour yesterday, then customers are calling me and wondering is everything ok with the server because it seems sluggish, and then today I spend more time on a few sites and I notice how slow it is... and when I say slow, I really mean not very responsive...

Now, what's going on with this? This isn't really the performance I am used to seeing from you guys...

I cant say for sure, if its just your vps , some process stuck in it , or a node wide problem. Have you opened a ticket on this yet, if not please do so asap.
