VPS deleted

Hi,

Has anyone else had their VPS deleted? This is what has happened to me, it's taken over 24 hours to sort out, my support requests take ages to get an answer and all my clients' websites have been lost. Trying to get an answer, or get it all working again properly, is nearly impossible.

All I've had so far was that my VPS was terminated accidentily. This response ccame at least 12hr after reporting the problem.

Has anyone else had this problem, I'd love to know how you got it sorted out.

We were all discussing this the other day trying to figure out exactly what happened. It hasnt happened before and we want to take steps to make sure it does not happen again.

We would be very happy to give you some compensation for the mistake if that hasnt been done already.
