I currently have a Linux/cPanel VPS and must say - I do not like the burstable ram (primvmpages - beancounter) solution for swap files.

Out of curiosity, do Windows VPS use a traditional swap file method. I notice there is no burstable ram on the packages so I am curious how they handle swap. Please say it's the Windows Pagefile system

ALSO - Do the dedicated server packages come available with Windows 2k3, or is it Linux only?
