    Talking nameserver confusion...

    Hi..

My site was slow, support suggested (quite rightly) to update my namer server information with my domain registrar, which i did... i hadn't altered it and my site had moved since... (solidhost) but now my new name server values ns1.dehe.com etc seems to have lost my site entirely... i can FTP, cpanel (with ip) and it works... but for the past day or so it's been 'server not found' and im concerned... i know the name server values have to propergate around the web, but i assumed the transition would be smooth...relatively

    any thing i can do?

    -M

    Hi Minx,

Please open a support ticket with your domain name and we can confirm the records are setup correctly at the nameservers.
