    apt-get in debian vps

To start off, I am absolutely in love with my VPS. (Also, )

Although, I have been wondering if running apt-get update/upgrade dist-upgrade/etc. will break the functions in the Virtuozzo Control Panel? I'd like to update it and whatnot but don't want to break anything and have to reinstall.

    Thanks

I use a debian vps without a control panel, I use apt for all my packages. If you used a control panel (Cpanel, etc), then maybe, but the virtuozzo panel just monitors disk/cpu/ports/bandwidth.

I didn't bother getting a control panel. So yeah.
    Debian for life.
