    VPS has disappeared!

    Hi,

    Since this morning or yesterday I think, our VPS has disappeared and all its sites! Even clients sites are inaccessible. I can't login into the new support centre either. Have I missed something?. Please assist ASAP.

    Did you go here: http://www.jaguarpc.com/clients/ ? Is this where you tried to login to make a ticket on this?

    I have tried to login there, but I'm just getting:

    "Sorry, that username or password is incorrect."

    Please help ASAP!

    You can use the sales contacts (e-mail / phone / live support thingy) to get you back into the ticket system. That's probably the quickest way.

    Yes, I have sent them a mail with that form. But their office hours are Mon - Fri (8AM-Midnight CST) So that means that my VPS will not be accessible until then. Can't understand that they don't have any emergency contact.

    they do, it is called the ticket system, it is not their fault you lost your user name and/or password
