VPS Control Panel - Session Timeout

Hi,

I'm new to JPC and I have a VPS which I noticed that the session times out very quickly sometimes just in seconds, and I have to keep logging in. This is the case in 80% of the times I login to my VPS.

I contacted the help desk several times and when they try themselfs they found no problem. Does anybody have the same problem and what would be the cause (I experience this issue even on different machines with different ISPs)

What session are you referring to? The session of a web application? or some other session (ssh/ftp)? Please elaborate.
