Clamd Configuration Error

I am receiving this error when trying to upload via the cpanel file manager:

Virus Detected; File not Uploaded! (Clamd is not configured properly.)


I don't really recall installing clamd at all, but nevermind that. I'm looking to find out where it can be configured, and so far failing. There is a section by the rvskin manager link for configuring, but that is only to grant users the ability to scan different areas, nothing that would help resolve this issue.

Any ideas where I can configure Clamd in WHM?

Take a look inside the clamav log file to see whats wrong, something is misconfigured: /var/log/clam-update.log
