well when i signed up for a VPS plan I had to call support to see what was taking so long
when i called when the guy answered the phone he was like "what?" then I said hello I is this JaguarPC? then hes like yes it is..I explained what I needed he then he like hold on Ill check he said this in a way that seemed like he was put out then i got my answer.
once it was setup I emailed support to have clientexec set up.
I don't think support should be asking me for my username and password for my account I have never ask my for this sensitive information i think this is very unprofessional but i was in a hurry so i gave it to them i hit the reply button in my email (I guess i wasn't suppose to.. most ticket systems allow you to)Hi,
What is the username and password for the domain, also please make sure that shell is enabled for that account.
Regards,
Jim
I received this email from the support team and I found it to be a little rude (it might just be me but still)
I finally got it set up accept for the fact it wasn't set to the directory i asked it to be set up now i cant change it so i had to spend the time to redo all my linksHi,
Ok, now I do not have the information that was in the other ticket, please always login to your billing account, to submit and reply to tickets.
We need the username the main IP, the and the password, also the exact link or folder where you want this installed.
Regards,
Jim
