Question cPanel / WHM CPU Monitor

If I check "http://<myip>:2086/scripts2/showcpuusage" the CUP % shown seems to be an average for the entire day (server time 0000-2359) and continues to change as the day goes on.

Does anyone know where this script is pulling the % numbers from?

One of my scripts is being shown as using a lot of CPU, but when I check the OS level logging, nothing there is syncing with the cPanel percentages.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks

Its the output from the script "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/dcpumonview" which reads the /var/log/dcpumon/* files, which in turn are created by the "dcpumon" script thats executed via a cron job.

You probably didn't read my dcpumon thread
