Very Bad Support, Bad VPS; facing problems since set up

We are customer of dehe for last 5 years and since its merging with jaguarpc, we have been facing problems with these vps set up. I am currently availing 5 vps from you and not a single day passes off without problems. I am fed up creating support tickets on your support system.

All the 5 vps go down quite frequent. Mail servers stop responding and all hellish problems are coming in that.

The acute problems are coming in 2 vps

207.210.125.204; in which mail problems are there since beginning; everytime ticket is raised and they say that certain resolver issue was there.

https://69.73.152.162:8443 in which plesk update is pending for last 10 days. We were given an old plesk installation and now after update to 8.0, permission problem is there. Hundreds of times, support ticket has been raised.

I am totally dissatisfied by above two servers who are taking a big toll in terms of my time, energy and my relationship with customers whom I have given hosting space.

Anyone else facing such problems???????????? I am sure that everyone is facing this problem. If such is the case, we need to collectively raise this voice as I believe that jaguarpc will then listen to it carefully.

Please provide me with your client ID (via PM) so I can check your tickets and see why you are facing daily problems. There are no know issues except if your vps has problems created by users or their sites.

If you are having too many problems with plesk, you should switch to a better control panel that is easier to troubleshoot.
