    cron jobs under VPS

On one of my servers, a VPS running CentOS 4.4, my users (resold domain owners with ssh access) can't edit their cron jobs. For example, they get something like:

    # crontab -e
    cron/user: Permission denied

I opened a ticket and tech support said that its because my users are jailed.

Thats weird, since i've got another account on a reseller server which is also jailed and that user can edit the crontab without a problem.

Anyone got any info on this issue?
