Some plans are managed, some are not (or optional), but all say 24/7 support.
So what's the difference between management and support?

For the sake of conversation, here's the way I look at it -- based on personal experience...
Let's say your server/account is "managed", and you want to upgrade your PHP install to whatever. You tell JagPC... upgrade my PHP to whatever, and it's done!
Now, let's say all you have is "support", and you want to upgrade your own PHP to whatever...
Fine, Einstein, go for it!![]()
When your server/account crashes, and all your PHP files are exposed in plain text, including your user names and passwords... JagPC 'support' will pull your ass out of the fire and fix it for you.
They'll usually 'support' your incompetence for *free* a few times, but after that require that you pay for "managed" services...
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's my understanding of the situation...![]()

"24/7 support" means that there is at least one or two people monitoring the ticket system at all times, taking care of problems as they come up. "Managed" means that when you have a problem JPC will fix it for you. Even if you don't have managed services you can still contact support for help or advice, you just might have to pay extra for it.
