Is it that easy the info will be missing??!!, for god seek, we are talking about VPS , behind that many clients, you should understand the situations and circumstances
Your clients most important than you suspended them !!

I would send in a support ticket, but be aware that sales are not open 24/7 like support. It may be a sales issue...
