So, JPC enters a new support ticket a week or so ago saying my vps would be moved. So, I get no notice this ticket ...

    A poor move

    So, JPC enters a new support ticket a week or so ago saying my vps would be moved. So, I get no notice this ticket is entered, no emails, nothing (although the tech likes to argue with me that I did). So, I get an email this morning my vps has been moved and I check and all my sites are down. So, the least they could do was make sure I knew beforehand so I could get this done and downtime is minimal. So, I have to scramble to get my DNS IPs changed and of course that means propogation time. So, all my sites are now down for at least 24-48 hours until the DNS propogates. So, I lose out on hundreds of dollars of income for the day.

    Thanks for letting us know about the problem and I apologize for the trouble. You should have been receiving email notifications from the tickets updated so that certainly needs looking into. We're working to setup IP redirecton for you so your sites can remain online while DNS propagates.

    I did receive emails from the ticket updates but I got no email from when it was initially entered. Otherwise, I certainly would have acted on it. Thanks.
