ClientExec Installation

Hello,
Is it typical for a ClientExec installation to take more than 12 hours to install on my VPS? I've opened a support ticket 12 hours ago, and it isn't installed yet. Is this normal?

Jag offers 24/7 support so someone should be available to help you. Unfortunately out of hours support is not the best, so ideally you should remember to open your tickets during office hours.

Also remember that "sales" isn't available during the weekend, so if you opened a ticket with sales then you'll get an answer on monday.

Same group of techs work 24/7 and the shifts keep revolving. So this is not true that you will get different support quality at different time.
