Is there any chance that instructions on how to enter an SPF into CPanel's Edit DNS Zone screen can be added to the kb? It's not very intuitive at all, it's not a straight "enter this text as a record" or anything, there are fields for each record. I have no idea which bits of info are supposed to go in each field.

Or should I just say "the heck with it" and open a ticket for this for each domain and subdomain as I deploy this across the 15 domains/addons (give or take) that I have in my account?

Also I'm wondering if there was a specific reason for using the softfail "~all" instead of the deny "-all" in the example there.

i will be choose new data center in next months . jpc have just fast support and they answer ticket very fast but they can not solve user problem . . for example when i send Email to onlinenic.com or netfirms.com they answer my Email after 48 hours or more but they answer my ticket correctly .
