    How 2 restore ?

    How can I transfer (restore) site with the database, from another server to my VPS, which is not support SSH? Is there an easy way to do that?

    Is it a cpanel backup?

    If so just go into backups in WHM and restore the account backup. Most other control panels also have this functionality.

    To restore a database just go into PHPMyAdmin and upload the SQL Dump.
