    New Customer with questions ???

    I recently purchased an Enterprise VPS with DA and I have following questions:

    This plan comes with level 2 mangement do I have to open support ticket for these task to be done?

    Free daily backups are included, where are these backups and how do I gain access to them?

    Do I really need APF? The VPS control panel already has one.

    Hello Crazylane,

    If you want a task that is included in your level 2 management done then yes you will need to open a support ticket saying what you want done and JPC will set it all up for you.

    The VPS's are backed up automatically by JPC internally so as far as i know you have no control over them - unless you purchase backup space.

    if your VPS control panel has a better firewall than APF you probably wont need it
