reboot the machine after installed software?

I'd like to install Adobe Acrobat Prefessional Version in My Windows VPS throught Remote Control. As you know, we have to reboot the machine after installed Adobe.

The problem is can I reboot the machine following the message after installed Adobe Acrobat?

or just ignore the the message of rebooting the machine, then go head the VPS Power Panel for rebooting VPS?

    Thank you!

I installed Adobe Acrobat 7, then needed to start activation process, but the process asked me to restart my computer and close all other application before trying to activate again.

I've tried to stop VPS and Start VPS in my VPS Powerpanel, but the problems is the same. Can I shutdown my VPS throught remote control?

    Thank you.
