I got a email from Sales, and said my nameservers are NS1.THESISBINDINGINGLASGOW.COM and NS2.THESISBINDINGINGLASGOW.COM. but I've seen my nameserver which is NS.THESISBINDINGINGLASGOW.COM in my Plesk. ...

    which one is my nameserver?

    I got a email from Sales, and said my nameservers are NS1.THESISBINDINGINGLASGOW.COM and NS2.THESISBINDINGINGLASGOW.COM.

    but I've seen my nameserver which is NS.THESISBINDINGINGLASGOW.COM in my Plesk.

    Could anyone please let me know which one is my nameservier in fact? Thank you.

    You are seeing ns.thesisbindinginglasgow.com in Plesk because Plesk automatically setups the Nameserver for each domain depending upon the DNS template so ignore it.

    Basically you have to first register the Nameservers at your domain registrar and point them to two of your VPS IPs. You have to register a pair so you can have:

    ns1.thesisbindinginglasgow.com
    ns2.thesisbindinginglasgow.com

    Once you register the Nameservers and point them to two of your VPS IPs, you will have to wait atleast 24 hours for DNS propagation. After propagation, you can setup these Nameservers in Plesk. You can check the KB on how to setup Nameservers in Plesk:
