Tech Support for VPS Setup

I purchased a VPS setup on Friday at 5pm, and since I received the email stating it would be up in 24 hours, I have not received another email. I've called Jaguar numerous times, and even though it states it has 24/7 support, I've been unable to get anything but answering machines from sales, and no emails returned from their tech support. Have others found themselves unable to speak to tech support as well when then have any issues with their hosting? I understand there may be an issue or two with my particular setup, but I'd like someone to contact me regarding what those issues are exactly.

Your VPS has to be set up by sales. Unlike support sales is not 24/7. Sales does have a limited staff on weekends. Support can't help until sales get you set up.
