Limiting User's Share of Ram/CPU

Hello ,

I want to ask if there is a way to limit every user's share of Ram/CPU on the VPS
as if the user exceed this limit his website will be suspended automatically .

I knew that most of big hosting company specially which gives HUGE disk space & Bandwidth do that to protect it's servers .
so does any one know a way/program to do that ?

Nope, thats not possible in a real and effective way, your hosted accounts will share the resources (ram/cpu) available in your VPS.
