Can I install a language pack by myself in VPS?

I've tried install a Chinese language pack in my vps. It seems no problems with installation, but there was a error message as follows when I changed to a default language from EN:

Error: Unable to change locale: the specified interface language pack files do not exist in the system.

The final message yesterday I got from JaguarPc was the installer problem, and told me to send a support ticket to SWSoft. Actually, SWSoft wouldn't help us because we are not the owner of the license for SWsoft software and I just a softsoft user who purchased a hosting offering from a web hosting service provider that includes or utilizes SWsoft products.

Anyone got experience to help me to fix the problem?

    Hello Zhen,

Our records indicate that your license belongs to one of SWsoft Partners/Resellers. As such, they are your first point of contact for support and general inquiry. SWsoft Inc. does not provide support and escalation path for users if any of the following conditions are true:

    - You are not the owner of the license for SWsoft software and have not purchased a separate support contract from SWsoft Inc.,
    - You purchased a hosting offering from a web hosting service provider that includes or utilizes SWsoft products.

    You have the following options:

    1. Contact the company that provides you with SWsoft software. Since they provide the software as part of their offering then they are your point of contact to provide you with support. They should investigate what is wrong and if it is found to be a software malfunction, they may report about this to SWsoft support team and we will work directly with them.

    2. If you have already contacted your provider and they have referred you to us or you would like our immediate assistance with your issue, then you need to purchase a support contract at http://www.swsoft.com/en/buyonline/support/. You have 3 options when purchasing support:

    a) Per Incident support - cost is $75 and includes email and phone support for this specific incident,
    b) Annual Email Support - cost is $299 and includes email support for this license for one year,
    c) Annual Premium Support - cost is $549 and includes phone and email support for this license for one year.

Please provide us with your Online Order ID and update this ticket.

Note: Per Incident, Annual Email and Annual Premium support agreements cover issues related to SWsoft products. If your support request is found not to be related to our products, you will be notified that the work need to be treated as system administration technical service. Technical services are billed on an hourly basis and your per incident support fee can be applied toward this service.

    3. If you want to report a general error (bug) in the application, then you may send an e-mail to bugreport@swsoft.com with detailed description of what and how happens with the software to have it examined by development team. We also recommend reviewing our documentation and knowledge base.

    Thank you,

There appears to be some issue with the installer because installer is trying to enter some records in Plesk system database and the fields in which the installer is trying to insert record doesn't exist in the Plesk System Database. You can check the errors in Event Viewer. Please update your existing support ticket and we will contact the Plesk support to get the Language pack installed.

The problems is that the Maximum number of LP license is 1. However, I don't need EN to be my default language, Can I change it to CN? and how?

    THANK YOU!
