Cannot Access Power Panel On VPS

I had a VPS set up by Jag a couple of days ago and was given a URL and login to access the Power Panel to control the server, this has never worked. I have tried emailing sales but I have a feeling their reply will be to come here. Anybody else had this issue with a new VPS? (The page just does not load - no login box comes up) I can access the WHM fine

Sales do not work 24/7.I believe that offline management is not enabled for your VPS that is why you are unable to access the Virtuozzo Power Panel. Please open a support ticket so that the techs can check it.
