Drupal's not seeing gd in php

Drupal is looking for the gd graphics module. I see it's not installed and the dll's not there either. Can I install it with a switch somewhere or do I need to download from php.org? It's recommended to use the bundled version so I'd prefer to do that.

PHP needs to be recompiled with the GD support. Please open a support ticket and we will do it for you.
