Cron Jobs not working

I'm using DirectAdmin and set up a couple of cronjobs but they're not working.

I've checked my Cron Log and the file is empty.

How do I find out what's the problem?

You can try running from ssh whatever you have given in your cron file and make sure it works.
And you can open a support ticket and we can help you
