You need to open a support ticket from the client area for this.
    Good luck

Kindly open up a ticket here: http://www.jaguarpc.com/clients/

This forum is not "official" support.

On a brand new VPS there are certain tweaks that Support will suggest (and do) for you that might ease the strain. This varies from VPS to VPS - It depends what's eating up what, and support are best geared to tell you that on a case-by-case basis. It could be a memory-hungry script that needs optimizing, just as an example.

Your ticket will get assigned to an agent, who will analise your query and look on your VPS first, and then come back to you with an answer. All that takes a little while, but not as long as it sometimes feels.

I've been through this process several times, and the support guys are right on the button with suggestions and fixes.

    Just hang in there
