Is there a way I can access my cPanel without going through my domain? I don't have my domain transferred yet but would like to install my backup files from another host. Can I access it through IP?
Thanks

Hmmm doesn't seem to like me =X, any other suggestions?
If the IP doesn't work, you can use your server name (something.nocdirect.com) in the same way Ron suggested. If you don't know what server you are on you can find it under "Accouonts" (or some similar text) in the JPC client area.

Can any of you guys check to see if these work? Doesn't work for me:
VPS Server Node: gwaihir.nocdirect.com
IP Address: 69.73.159.26
69.73.159.27
69.73.159.28
Isn't that sorta what they ought to have expected for starting a Gwaihir server without me on it? And I did ask so politely
(Still curious what fellow Tolkien aficionado works at Jag..)

If the name servers are not resolving wont he have to add a user name to the IP?

gwaihir.nocdirect.com is a VPS Node. I see that you don't have cPanel installed on your VPS. You only have a blank VPS with OS installed. If you want the cPanel to be installed, please open a Sales ticket and we will install it after that you will be able to access cPanel.
yeah, i'm an idiot. I thought for sure I had the cPanel option checked off during my ordering.

Is there a place where I can view my VPS's specifications?
Thanks.
You can have any control panel installed. I see that you have opened a ticket and it will be answered shortly. You can view your VPS plan specifications at:
http://www.jaguarpc.com/vps-hosting/linux-vps.php
The link you provided shows me the basic plans. Is there a way I can view my customized specifications with:
25GB Diskspace + 50% FREE = 38GB
384MB RAM Guaranteed + 50% FREE = 576MB
1536MB RAM Busrtable
500GB Bandwidth + 50% FREE = 750GB
Also, is there a reason why the VPS is modeled after a Freedom template rather than an Apollo?
Sorry for asking so many questions, i'm a bit new to all this.
Thanks in advance!
