My vps is down and I cant submit a ticket because my email username and password are rejected on you client login page.
How can we solve this.
I see a post from Jag that on 9/21 that passwords have been changed. Why did I not receive notice of this?
I cant access anything on my vps and cant submit a ticket. Whats wrong with this picture.
I have also submitted a support request using an alternate email address that requires a verification that has not been sent to me yet.
